I work with leaders to surface and address the risks that quietly erode organizational performance. This includes diagnosing systemic and psychosocial hazards, translating complex standards into operational reality, and supporting leadership teams through moments of disruption, crisis, or structural redesign so their systems can hold under pressure.
My work is advisory in nature and grounded in systems thinking. I support leaders facing risk, disruption, or organizational strain through structured analysis, psychosocial and organizational risk diagnostics, and executive-level briefings that support clear judgment and defensible decision-making in complex environments.
I work with senior leaders, executives, boards, and public-sector organizations who are operating under heightened risk, regulatory pressure, or sustained organizational strain and need systems that can hold under pressure.

Denaige McDonnell is an organizational risk and resilience advisor with over 25 years of experience across construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, healthcare, and government. Her work integrates safety, psychosocial risk, governance, and leadership decision-making to help organizations reduce harm and strengthen long-term resilience.
