You might consider working with me if your organization is operating under sustained risk or complexity, a recent incident has exposed deeper systemic issues, cultural or leadership challenges are affecting safety, performance, or trust, or you are navigating regulatory pressure or heightened accountability.
My work is advisory in nature and tailored to the specific risks and conditions an organization is facing at the system level. Engagements typically focus on one or more of the following areas.
I work with executives, boards, and senior leaders to examine the structural conditions shaping organizational performance. This includes analyzing external and internal risk factors, governance arrangements, decision pathways, and system design in relation to organizational goals. The focus is on identifying misalignments, blind spots, and risk exposures that undermine effectiveness, resilience, or accountability at the system level.
I support executive teams, boards, and senior leaders in working through complex, high-stakes issues where risk, uncertainty, and competing perspectives are limiting progress. This support creates the conditions for rigorous exploration, clear communication, and sound judgment. Briefings focus on clarifying what is happening in the system and examining the implications of different courses of action so leadership teams can work through difficult decisions with clarity, feasibility, and confidence.
I support organizations in examining the behaviours that emerge across the system and how they compare to the culture the organization aspires to embody. This work looks at how leadership practices, incentives, norms, and informal rules shape day-to-day behaviour, decision-making, and trust. The goal is to understand where culture is enabling performance and where it is quietly creating friction, risk, or disengagement.
I provide targeted support for the identification, assessment, and management of psychosocial risks in alignment with Canadian and International standards for psychological health and safety. This work treats psychosocial risk as an organizational and system hazard, integrating it into existing health and safety, human resources, and governance structures. The focus is on practical, defensible approaches that reduce harm while strengthening organizational capacity and compliance.
Engagements are tailored to the situation and may be structured as a defined advisory engagement, focused diagnostic work, or ongoing advisory support. I do not offer packaged programs or drop-in sessions. Scope, timing, and level of involvement are determined based on the nature of the risk and the decisions at hand.
